fotometro.org is a photographic thermometer open to participation which reflects people’s views of the current situation.
We are living at a time of structural changes. The economic debacle is just a symptom of a worn-out lifestyle, rooted in placing individual over common interest. However, this critical situation has also become the breeding ground for social movements and collective civic actions proposing a change of social paradigm, based on cooperation, mutual trust and direct participation after the disrepute of neoliberal political and economic institutions.
fotometro.org is an invitation to share your view of the crisis. We invite you to submit photographs based on either of these two approaches (Just register and add the corresponding hashtag when you post images to Instagram.):
